Mac OS Accessibility, Dictation Commands

In Mac OS, there's an accessibility option called Dictation Commands. Now you can create your own voice commands that allow tasks to be completed, such as editing video in FCP X, with just your voice! Check it out here:

Excellent first post!
Being handicapped myself - unfortunately my left hand is shaky due to PD (and using FCPX with one hand only is less than half the fun…) - I played with VoiceCommands too … although being Trekkie in my youth, it still feels a bit weird to yell at a machine "do this, do that!" :lol:

Just lately tested to set-up Siri via Voice Commands, and when you set "Computer!" as trigger-word, it REALLY gets 'trekkish' :silly:


Just a remark for those without a MacBook: other key-combos to switchOn VC are available, and a headset = a 'fix' mic position improves reliability …
