HELP!!!! Audio Playback Problems.

When editing in a project, I hit play and playback Audio for music takes a couple of seconds to ramp up volume. This makes it impossible to cut to music efficiently. Has anyone experienced this? If so, how do I fix this?

Thank You!

Peter

Do you have transitions applied?
There seems to be an issue in the current version where even if you start playing in the middle of a clip, if that clip has a transition, audio playback will fade in. Some threads on this in the Apple discussions forum.

I get this all the time on everything, without transitions applied. But for me it's only about a half second ramp, with NO transitions. It's a bug. Feedback page!
