I am interested in the effect which started at 5:33 and ended at 5:34. Is it possible to make that in final cut pro x?

as the audio, that's (just) completely overdriven:
all pucks for Saturation, and pushing contrasts to the max:

just raise the audio level to max/+12dB
if that isn't enough, add from the Audio Effects tab Compressor, and push the 'gain' to max....

… btw: terrible effect :huh:
