Markers from frame.io xml are how created?

Has anybody tried out the download comments XML (fioxml) from frame.io?

I like how the markers have has information as text and I locked into the footage. So when shorted or expanded the markers stay in there tagged position. How are these to do markers created?

I've used the feature, and love the way they implemented it. When you Download and open the fioxml, it creates a new event with a compound clip. The compound clip has markers with the comments at each marker. inside the compound clip is a timecode generator in the primary storyline, and connected to it are generators with the comments and they have todo markers attached.

It's really easy to just drag the compound clip, break it apart either above or below you main project, and then remove the timecode generator. That way you get access to all the todo markers, and they maintain their position as you make your changes.
