I have a Gtech drive which I plan to use as Raid 0 configuration to get maximum speed, but to protect the data I want to connect a Segate 4TB drive which can automatically take backup of folder on Gtech drive.

Any good software recommendation that is good for same purpose for Mac users?

I've used Carbon Copy Cloner from since God was a toddler, and I've never had issues. Plus they have fantastic customer support. Can do incremental backups so that after the first one, your nightly backup (on an automated schedule) doesn't take very long at all. Plus, can make a bootable backup of system drives.

Never used SuperDuper, but hear folks like it a lot.
