What's the best morphing solution for FCPX? I would like to explore something similar to Michael Jackson's "Black or White" video

Experiment with the "Flow" transition that comes with FCPX. Just extend it for longer than its default duration.

BorisFX has a Video Morph plugin as part of Continuum.

CHV has a Morph plugin for Motion 5. Not sure if it works in FCPX directly.

Morphcut from MotionVFX works pretty well also, and works right inside FCPX:

Morph transition plugins like Morphcut or Apple's Flow don't have the same control of a morph plugin.
Transition morph the entire image which is which is why the background must remain constant.
A good morph usually has the ability to set a grid and points to match between starting and ending subject so only the subject morphs and the key points morph to each other (eye to eyes, noise to noise, etc).
