Issue with basic title was created by David Stembridge

I put together a real estate video, and used a basic title for the open address. It jitters when going over a dissolve. What causes this, and how can I correct it?

do you mean the 'shortening' at 00:00:06:00?
looks like a diff. version of the text, one is written 'Rd', the other 'R d', same at 'GA_' (one blank) and 'GA__' (two blanks) ....

unintentionally keyframed 'kerning'?
