Exporting Finished Videos with Chroma Keyed Footage Issues

I shot tons of content in front of a green screen using my Sony NX5U camera. I imported all the content and have been working on creating the finished commercials. I finished several and went to export them today when I found out we have larger issues.

1. Small flashes occur throughout the exported videos.
2. My subjects hair isn't keyed out as good as it looked in FCP .
Everything else with the key looks fantastic but the hair for some reason keeps giving me issues using the FCP 10 keyer effect. Literally their heads look like they are shaking. Thought I fixed this issue when I noticed my projects frame rates were different than the clip settings.

I am reaching out if anyone knows what could be causing this or what to export these files as to get rid of the issues.

Not sure, but I'd suggest if your compositing like this, make sure your footage is Optimized as ProRes to start with. Create a new Project, don't use Automatic settings, manual set it to the proper settings to match your footage. Work in that. See what happens.

Do you have some screen shots to show what the clip looks like in FCPX and what the render looks like to compare? Also, what are your footage and project details/settings? Are you working with proxies at all?
