Hello everyone, I go back on the forum after a long break to rest, I wanted to know if editing with FCPX 10.3.2. mp4 files in 4K 24p and enable the "create optimiza media" function I see that my mac works better but I do not understand that files are created?
Apple ProRes 422 HQ? or ProRes 422? and possibly what difference we?

I well understood, thanks, but it's a less than Apple ProRes 422 codec hq?
I mean, the difference in quality and so much or minimum?
