Output file smaller than in FCPX

Output file smaller than in FCPX was created by Makki
When I share master file in FCPX the size is 3 GB Pro Res 422. But the output file on the desktop shows only 2.0 GB. I would expect that file to be of same size as before sharing, 3.0 GB. Is this normal or I am missing something ?

How are you determining the 3 GB size in FCP? The share estimate? It's an estimate only and tends to estimate higher than it should.

The sharing pane is only an estimate, and not a good one. Is there a problem with the output file?

There is no problem with the output file. So I think this solved. even though I find this a bit strange. But as you you say, the estimate size is nothing to rely on.
