let's supose I have 3 clips at primary storyline. and I have a clip
connected to the second clip at the primary storyline. If I want to change , and connect to another clip at primary storyline (without move the position).how to do it?

select the connected clip what you want to change the connection point and then
press option + command and click in position what you want to connect to primary
storyline.
