Low quality when burning to DVD

Low quality when burning to DVD was created by janroar
After an upgrade of Final Cut Pro X in October 2016, the quality of projects burned out on DVD now significantly lower. The resolution seems highly compressed with interference with trembling image, especially where there si horizontal lines. When projects are burned to DVD it stops mostly up approximately at 76%. DVD spins and nothing more happens. I have two burners, a single DVD and one for Blu Ray and DVD.
Something else strange: If I open the hatch on the burner that is not in use, the burning starts up again where I already burning DVD and the burning ends with the same lousy results.
Project burned out on Blu Ray looks good and gets proper and full resolution.
Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), Final Cut Pro X 10.3.1
