FCPX titles disappear after background render

FCPX titles disappear after background render was created by gmhorse
Hi everyone. I recently upgraded to FCPX 10.3 and seem to be having issues with titles. I am operating on Sierra 10.12.2.
I have refreshed all of the plist etc and even done a complete uninstall including all folders and data. And then a fresh install from apple. the problem still exists.
I have attached a video to help show what the problem is. The titles show fine until the background render is complete. They also do not show up on the export. I tried to export through compressor and still no dice.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
