Hi, I'm still a newb. I searched for this but couldn't find an answer.
I want to make a multicam clip, which I know how to do. However the next thing I want to do is have all the clips on the screen at the same time (one top left, One top Right, One bottom Left, One Bottom Right). I can't figure out how to do that with multicam or synchronize clips. The only way I'd think I know how to is to manually line them up on the sequence and then do it manually. Is there a built in way that I am not aware of?

The easiest way is to stack four copies of the multicam clip in the project and make the quad split by scaling them. Best to work with proxies when doing this.

MacBreak Studio covered this in episode 285:
Here's a video showing how to manually animate split screen:
There are many split screen plugins such as Hawaiki AutoSplit: hawaiki.co/autosplit.html Some don't work on multicamm but AutoSplit does.
As Tom said, using proxies is often required due to performance.
