Trouble burning DVDs

I'm having trouble burning DVDs to my external disc drive. It says that the DVD has burned successfully, but there is nothing on the disc. I've tried both burning directly from FCPX, and that doesn't work right away. I've also tried exporting a file to my desktop and burning from there. That seems to work, but then I get an error message on my DVD player saying that the file is corrupt. I'm attaching an image of my settings in the burn screen. Can someone help me? What am I doing wrong?

There doesn't seem to be an image attached to your post. If you grab a screenshot make sure you ADD FILE (jpeg ) file and then hit INSERT to place it in the post.
