HD power cut off was created by Marc Lucas

Working in 10.2.3 and the HD power went . Closed down FCPX and the HD then restarted and opened the Library and no media can be seen in the Library at all.
Restarted again...nothing.

Opened the backup Library file and all is fine but why wouldn't the original library link to the media OR how would you get FCPX to link to the media again when there are no clips or any other files in the browser?
Thanks

The original library file was corrupted when the HD failed. This is pretty common when there is a hard shut down like this as the application is continuously writing to the library.
