Does anyone else have a problem with their SD Card not ejecting/unmounting when FCPX is finished importing?
I've noticed that when the import finished FCPX asks me if I want to eject the card. When I say yes, the SD Card attempts unmount on my desktop by going gray, and then stops and remains. If I try to manually eject the card at this point, it tells me FCPX is still using it.
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix it? I feel like if I have multiple SD cards to import, in order to safely eject I need to exit FCPX entirely. Then unmount and start the process over with a new card.

Yeah, some cards won't unmount until you quit FCPX. Bug... been around a long time...

I think this is an OS issue and not a FCP issue.

Not just SD cards that often fail to eject, but have six external hard drives on two Mediasonic ProBox HF2-SU3S2 4 which eject on a hit or miss basis. Nothing bad seems to happen as they alway remount. On 10.12.1. Matters not if FCPX is running.
