Hi Guys,
I am trying out the 30 days trial for Final Cut Pro. I wanted to ask everyone here if they can show me a tutorial on how to convert my video into a widescreen template. What I basically wanted to do is upload the video on Instagram or Vimeo. I know there's a setting that you can choose from. But I wanted to upload my video with using a widescreen template.
By the way, I am using a Go pro 5 to shoot my videos.
Thank you,

Hi,
you can check blog.alex4d.com/2011/07/22/fcpx-widescreen-matte/
whether this helps to solve your requirement.
With Motion5 you can change it from a titel generator into an effect and add further adjustments eg. move the dropzone to better fit the screen. But for your video play around with it or check for other free templates I guess there are more out.
