Multicam Clip -Can I use Two Audio Sources?

I recently shot a multi-camera singing competition event and ended up with several sources that I wanted to pull into a Multicam Clip. My goal is once everything is synced up to be able to add the MultiCam Clip to the project and cut it all as if it were live.

In addition to my 4 camera angles which were set up throughout the stage. I was able to get an XLR output from the audio mix board into a Tuscan Audio Recorder to I have a stand alone clean audio file.

Everything synced without issue and my initial plan was to just use the audio from the board, but I've noticed that the mix is almost too clean. There is very little crowd noise/room tone. I noticed one of my cameras has decent audio since it was set up in the audience. I want to be able to use a mix of these two together. I want about 60-70% Audio Board +30-40% camera audio. I think doing this will give the project a better concert sound. I noticed though you can only select one audio file in the multi angle viewer.

Is there a way to pick two audio sources to use for the whole project? What workflow makes the most sense before I start cutting the show?

Yep, done this a few times. Don't know if this is the most elegant or efficient way, but here's how I've done it. Considering you can't have two audio angles active at the same time during a Multicam edit like that.

Just use the clean board audio to cut with in the Timeline.
After, select the first clip, Expand Audio Components.
In the Inspector, enable the audio channel that has the audio you want to mix in.
That now appears under that clip. Simply pull the tail out to the end of the edit. Adjust each's volume as needed.

BTW, cute-cute-cute baby!

Cut the first shot in, expand the audio and stretch it out for the length of the video. First, when you cut the picture the audio isn't cut. Second, in audio configuration activate whatever channels you want. Having the audio continuous will make any audio keyframing easier.

Not sure this is very elegant but I have dropped the whole multicam clip into the primary storyline and then went back to the beginning & dropped a connected clip audio only of the alternate audio angles in sync and then compounded those together.

I usually edit the whole multicam to the timeline then detach the audio and then expand its components. In the inspector choose the tracks that you want and they will appear in the timeline for you to adjust and keyframe as you wish.
