unwilling flickering brightness 10.3 was created by PleaseHelp12345
My raw footage does not change brightness. however in fcpx 10.3 the clips suddenly become brighter for 2-5 seconds, although there is neither color correction nor any effects on the clips. Even when I export the video the birghtness flickering still occurs.
I uploaded a screen recording on youtube.
It happens at 0:06 , 0:18 , 0:36 , and 1:03 onwards.
it seems like it comes from other clips' effects and transitions etc.
When I hide (V) the logo in the bottom left the brightness flash at 0:06 goes away. and same with the one at 0:18. I need those things in there though.. As far as I know I work with the original files, no optimized or proxy.
I solved the one at 0:06. I had set keyframes to have the opacity of the logo go from 0 ->100% and deleted those and replaced the "effect" by right clicking on the logo clip and choosing 'show video animation' then go to 'compositing: opacity' and pulling the 2 dots on each end inwards. However that's already how I did it for the one at 0:18 so I'm confused on how to fix that one.
I'm really confused though, since it also happens with transitions. but I haven't adjusted any of the transitions so I don't know how to fix it without making the video look bad without any transitions
PLEASE HELP
