templates

hey folks..... I'm a newbie that needs to get up and running fast......... I'm doing a series of short videos with a talking head
some transitions, a few effects, some music stings etc.

I have finished one and it's just the way I want it.......... now I need to do ten more similar to that.
I want to keep the transitions and effects somewhat in place and add new video and audio.

Is there a way to set up a kind of template to get this done efficiently?
