Same as above; what is the best way to convert 30p to 25p?

I have some video loops with an alpha layer that I downloaded from a Royalty Free stock website that I want to use, but my projects are in 25p. What would be the best way to convert the clips (and still preserve the transparencies)? Changes to speed would not be important so long as the clips play smoothly.

I have FCPX, Motion, & Compresor.

If you have final cut studio- I always use Denver Riddle's method explained in great detail over on PhilipBlooms site.

Philip is converting to 23.98, but just chose 25p and your all good. There may be a more simplified way, but for quality, i feel like this is the strongest method.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but as for the alpha, you may do a test exporting as pro res 444.
