10.3: customized default Sub-Roles somehow?

Hi everybody

So I imported some files into a new Library on 10.3. After import I created a new Role "Camera Audio", selected it on every file imported and added Sub-Roles as needed: "Internal Mic", "Lavalier", "Shotgun"...
Works great and speeds up audio editing a lot for me.
Now another day, another library, new import: while the Role "Camera Audio" is selected as default in the import-Window all the Sub-Roles are gone. There's only "Camera Audio 1" and "Camera Audio 2" for Dual Mono-Audio (and I suppose "Camera Audio 3", "...4" etc. when importing Files with Multi-Channel Audio).
Is there a way to make my customized Sub-Roles a default option for Import into every Library? And is there a way to change default-color for Custom-Roles? On new Libraries the Camera Audio-Role is by default set to that ugly orange-brown...

Simplest way at the moment to save roles is to create an empty library with the role structure you want and use it as a template.

You can change the role color to the available choices. Once you have the library template set you can use it again and again.

Yes, I have very mixed feelings about the Roles being Library dependent rather than User dependent. But honestly, I don't see any other way at this time to get around it. If it stayed User dependent, since we're using Audio roles much more extensively and in more complex ways, you'd end up with millions of roles and subroles that would be a mess. Would be nice to have a way to export a Roles setup that could be imported into other Libraries. Like we do with custom effects and window layouts.
