Noiseless TC display

Does anyone got some news about the now unsupported TC display that was available from Noise Industries via the FX Factory platform ?
It was and still would be helpful for a big TC display on a secondary screen, for the benefit of journalists and producers present in the cutting room ....
Or, if this is a dead end, are there any other tools to get the same result ?

still works in 10.3 using sierra. just has a period at the end (at least I don't remember it having that before)

TC Display is declared "unsupported" in the FX Factory Interface, when I upgraded to 10.3, this module ceased to function, after a warning dialog box on the first opening of fcpx.
That is quite different from your experience ......

Maybe we're not talking about the same item.

BTW, I'm on ElCap, not on Sierra

What version of FX factory are you using? I think we are talking about the same thing, though, i've attached a screen shot just incase. I know it says only 10.2, but it for sure works in 10.3. Haven't noticed any bugs yet.

I did have to upgrade Fx factory and the timecode since 10.3.

FX Factory doesn't show up with it's own update, may have to reinstall the whole platform.

And btw, TCD's version is like your's 1.0.4

odd, I'm using Fx factory 6.0

go to their website and download the latest version.

(I even just noticed that have a 6.0.1)

I have version 1.0.1
1.0.4 is stated as the last version.




But there is no way to initiate an update from within FXF.

Definitely going to reinstall FXF, had more than enough of their update fails.

6.0.1 seems to be working fine as well. That being said, the timecode is the only plugin i've tested.

Weird, like you said.

did a download from the website, pulled 6.0.1 and only then got a positive signalling of updates available.

When FXF was still calling for an update of the interface from within, it failed more than once to do so in a proper way.
Maybe that's the reason why we have to take the website route.

Would be nice if at least there was a pop-up saying thst there is a new version available.
Because of that missing alarm, I didn't even get to v5.1.3

Glad to hear it all worked out!

I can only assume that Fx factory is trying to figure out their update situation.
