Hi All

How do I delete the list of recent projects from the icon on the toolbar?



It is so frustrating having no idea how to do this, nothing seems obvious, sorry!!

System Preferences>General. Set recent to None. Reboot. Of course every time you launch FCP without double-clicking a library it will ask you which library to open in a blank window. If you set recent to five you'll only see five in the Dock list.

Gosh, that was not anywhere I would have looked... Silly me thinking, oh as it is FCPX, this must be part of FCPX, not part of the operating system, what a weird place to put it...

The Dock is part of the OS not the application.
