FxFactory, - plugin activations disappeared

FxFactory, - plugin activations disappeared was created by bluefonia
I have contacted FxFactory support about the matter, but they seem to be a bit slow to react. Maybe some of you nice guys here can be of assistance?
I just made a clean install on my iMac including Sierra.
After installing FCP - the brand new version - I copied the Motion Templates folder including all plugins from a backup folder into the new installation. All worked as excepted, including the plugins I have which are distributed by FxFactory.
After this I installed the FxFactory app and then things got messed up. All my paid for/activated FxFactory plugins simply disappeared from FCP's effect browser and from the FCP plugins folder as well.
(Well, I could just copy them back from my backup-folder, couldn't I?. Problem here is that I erased that folder shortly before as everything related to that folder was working fine, - lesson learned).
Loggin in to my FxFactory account does not show me which plugins I own, even if I go to the "Installed"-page. In fact I can't even remember all the plugins I have from FxFactory. Except form the plugins themselves I still have all FxFactory related files, - .plists and so on - from the previous installation in my backup folder. Maybe one of these contains the "answers", - but if so which one(s)?

Make sure you have the latest version of FXFactory installed; to be sure download it from their website. On El Capitan, their plugins were installed in HD/user//Library/Application Support/FXFactory so you can't just move those around to various Motion Template folders. If you installed any plugins directly from the manufacturer that are also distributed by FX Factory, they may have been installed in other locations, but if everything you had was purchased directly through the FXFactory app, the above path should be good. Not exactly sure if that path changed in Sierra, but unlikely. If you see the FX templates in the finder, you may be able to simply double click them one at a time to make them reappear in FXFactory and in FCPX. If not, try the following procedure:
Once you have a new install of FXFactory, sign in with your credentials and under the action menu, select the 4 options one at a time to repair disk permissions, repair products, repair helper tool and repair conflicts. Another step would be to go into FXFactory preferences and under the Apple Apps section select to "Clean up Motion Templates" and "Clean Up Text Styles".
Then sign out of FXFactory, close the app, reboot and then relaunch the app and sign in. Anything you purchased thru the app should begin to re-download on your system. I have had to do this one time on a system with a previous version of FCPX after rebuilding a user account. Maybe this can help you out.

@dgwvideo
Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately it didn't help. I also tried to completely uninstall FxFactory and all related files and then reinstall it and run your suggestions once more, but again no luck. So, I might have to wait and hope for FxFactory support to wake up.

Sorry that nothing seemed to help. Maybe there is an issue with your FXFactory account but hopefully you will hear from them for some advice. In the meantime, you could try to create a new user account on your mac with administrator privileges and see if your FXFactory items restore using that.

Just tried the new admin account, - didn't make any difference.
In the meantime FxFactory support has responded half an hour ago. The solution they suggested didn't work. When I told them that it didn't work they responded with the exact same solution one more time, - somewhat strange in my view.
I just told them that I don't need the same answer twice. So, - now I will wait and see if they suggest the same thing a third time
