Has anyone experience this issue FCPX?

I am not able to export or upload from FCPX to video server (Youtube or Vimeo). The file would export to 50% then quit. Also the thumbnail in FCPX is smaller then usual. What are my options? I am trying to figure this out before wiping the entire computer. I already deleted FCPX app and re-downloaded from Apple but still get the same results. Here are some screen shots of this issue. Also I just tried to do a separate project and it work fine. I used a Panasonic GH4 with my system frequency set to 24p. I went into the info tab in FCPX; selected the project and changed the Field Dominance Override to progressive. That does it work. Now I am currently waiting to see if it works getting out thru compressor.
