Jumping keyframes

Lately I have experienced that when trying to add a keyframe to a position at a clip on a certain point in the timeline, where the marker is placed, the marker jumps to an other position on the clip and adds the keyframe at that position instead.
I have experienced it with the transform-tool (position) and with the opacity tool.
Has anyone experienced the same? And does anyone have a solution?
