Canon C300 MKII random videos fail to display or play audio

Hope you can help.
I have been working on a new project in 10.2.3 for some time on EL Capitain.
Completed the project last month, and updated to Sierra 10.12.1 3 days ago. Now I have reopened my old project to find most but not all C300 MKII native MXF videos fail to display vision, and have no audio playback. Although I can see the wave forms.
I have attached screenshots to help out here.
The files are a combination of 12bit 1080p / 10bit 1080p and both formats are randomly not displaying vision or audio during playback. However my C100's are playing back correctly.
I have deleted all render files, and reinstalled pro video formats, and updated the MXF utility for FCPX from Canons Site.
Also just noticed i can't import any C300 MKII Files anymore! This has happened after a small update on Sierra (I could edit and import C300 MKII footage just yesterday).
Anything else I could try?
Thanks

Here are a couple things I'd be trying...
1. delete prefs by holding command and option when you launch FCPX...
2. when you re-install the Canon plug in, try to actually remove it completely first, (if you didn't do that the first time) then do an reinstall of the latest version of the plug in.
3. Try making a new user on the computer and see if that user is having the same problem, if they are, see step 4.
4. * try doing a macOS recovery of the operating system, by holding down command+R when you turn on your computer, and follow the prompts.
*make sure you back up your system first
**this will take a little while, but you won't loose any information or settings**
((See reinstalling for other reasons))

Thanks for your help on this.
I found out that my Lacie 20T Raid needed the latest firmware update for Sierra (V2), and for some reason files under 2GB were okay, that explains why the larger C300 files could not populate correctly!
For those that run Lacie Raid systems, update this if your having issue since that latest OSX minor update.
Cheers!
