Color correction not updating on speed changed multicam clips?

Does anyone have time to do a quick test for me?

1) Cut a multicam clip into the timeline.

2) Speed it up/slow it down with the Retime tool.

3) Go into the color board and make a correction.

When I try this here the scopes and picture do not update to reflect the change until I click away and click back. We are essentially color correcting "blind" (guess the correction, click away, click back, check scopes, repeat).

Thanks,
Bill

ps: I tried this with both the Color Board and the Color Finale Pro plugin, with the same results for both.

Works fine for me on a rMBP 15" running off of a 500GB FW800 drive (via T'bolt adapter, editing 1080 HD just fine, FYI).

Thanks for checking! It's repeatable on every system I test it on here.

Possible variables that we use: Xsan fibre storage, AJA Io 4K, 2013 Mac Pros (D700)

I completely uninstalled the AJA drivers and rebooted but the problem persists, and I've toggled between Better Performance and Better Quality in the View settings.

Interestingly, you can work around it by putting an adjustment layer above the clip and applying color corrections to that.

Thanks,
Bill

Tested my rMBP, late 2013 MP, and a 2012 MP, all work just fine.

Is your media Managed, or External?
What sort of drive connection is the media drive where your Libraries and media are located?
How much RAM you running with?

Thanks Karsten!

I'm glad to know I'm not alone. I have submitted a bug report to Apple about this. Is it too late to squeeze this fix into 10.3? ;)

EditorGuy, to answer your questions, my media is externally stored on an Xsan volume connected via fibre channel and the Library is kept locally while I work. The Mac Pro has 64GB of RAM.

Thanks,
Bill
