What Format is your source media? Do you have a lot of nested compound clips? What version of resolve and FCP?
I've had issues with Sony FS7 linking back to the video but not always to audio. An A7S unable to find the video. Canon C100 not linking to anything 50% of the time. Canon 5D Mark ii unable to relink but the mark iii working most of the time. GoPro Hero 3 working properly but Hero 4 not.
Some of the problems have been because of an effect on the clip confusing resolve. Sometimes you need to add the media in to the media pool before importing the XML (had to do this with projects originating from Avid).
I've had multi camera sequences with compound clips link back to the completely wrong media.

thanks for reply. i have a clean timeline with only fade effect. Fcpx 10.2.3 with resolve 12.5. The footage are from sony a6300 & gopro 4black. i cant understand why resolve see the file video, but there are only audio. The clip name is correct but there are only audio. When i force find media, cant find it. So i think that i can try to load media before load xml?

You can try importing the media first and then import the XML - doesn't always work but it is worth a try.
Also, in the conform options in project settings there is an option for "Assist using reel names from the:" - I was told that when coming from FinalCut you should select "Source clip pathname".
However, you may find that it still won't work. I had the same promblem last week with a Sony AS7 being used as a second camera to an FS7. In the end it was quicker and easier to export a clean ProRes version of the sequence and use scene cut detection in resolve.

In addition to my previous reply...
The Sony a6300 that you are using records in the same format as the as7 that I had problems with last week.
As for the GoPro hero 4, there was a known problem with the Video not showing up in Resolve. You would need to transcode the media to another format (such as ProRes).

I'm no resolve expert, but it looks like resolve is having trouble finding the optimized media, which is stored inside the FCPX library bundle by default, but is finding the audio in the original media files (where ever you have them stored).
One thing you could try is checking the inspector pane for the fcpx library and making sure that the media storage location setting is set to the same location as your source clips, and then if it isn't, change it and consolidate, making sure to check 'include optimized media'.
