Need advise regarding FCPX plugin for colour correction/grading. was created by iannis.maragakis
Hey guys
Sorry to waste your time, but I need some help choosing a colour correction/grading plugin.
I know most of people will suggest Color Finale, but I came across NewBlueFX ColorFast 2. Both are powerful, just they have different approach to colour correction and grading (and I like ColorFast's skin tone protection).
Both CF (standard) and CF2 are about the same price.
Has anyone used both and care to share some thoughts?

Thanx

Personally, not a NewBlue fan. More and better support for ColorFinale Pro around. I'd stick with it.

You're so right. I discovered that, the hard way. In the mean time, I bought ColorFast 2 and I found it doesn't integrate with FCPX as good as Color Finale. It's not a useless plugin. But the issues introduced in my workflow along with the frustration, made me regret it.
Thank you for your help anyways.
