MacPro Monitors - Dell vs. Asus

Does anyone use either of these two monitors with their MacPro to edit FCP X?

If not, what brand and model monitor do you recommend?

Thanks!

I just read a recommendation suggesting this model Dell as the 4k monitor of choice for the price, Dell Ultra HD 4k Monitor P2715Q. Its factory calibrated and from the measured test its pretty color accurate. Once I start upgrading my edit suite to deal with more 4k this will most likely be the monitor I go with. If you're looking for bigger, also look to LG.

There is a Rumor flying around that Apple is working with LG to manufacture a new 5K monitor that may (or not) be announced in October.
Supposed to be a replacement for the discontinued Apple TB monitor.
Take rumors for what they are.

Happy Editing, Greg

Thanks for your recommendation.

Thanks.
