Intro Teamplates for FCP Youtube Videos

Hi,

I use Final Cut pro to create youtube videos (I just started). On sites like videohive.net most intro/opener/logo sting templates are for aftereffects or apple motion. I would rather not like to purchase any new software right now. Does anyone know if there are such intro templates also for FCP available (free or for purchase) or if I can use these templates in FCP?

You can not use AE templates in FCPX.

Most motion 5 templates will work in FCPX if installed in the right place, however if they're not specifically designed for FCPX, you may not be able to customize any of the parameters.

Check the description of the template you are looking at for something like this "Customizable in FCPX" or "FCPX Compatible" (as opposed to this "Publishable to FCP" which will require Motion 5) and/or a screenshot of "published parameters"

I do highly recommend purchasing and learning motion 5 at some point, as it is very powerful and will allow you to create your own unique titles/openers that no one else has, as well as may other things.
