Fix video shot at 24fps to look like 60fps???

So I had a concert filmed and there were 3 camera angles. The wide camera angled that captured the whole stage was set to 24fps and all the movements of the performers on stage came out very blurry and slow-motion-ish. Is there any software, plug-in or way to fix this kind of problem and make it look crisp or how it would have looked if the camera operator filmed at 60fps

Here is a link to the unlisted youtube video, I uploaded it while still in the process of editing it so you should be able to see the difference between the good camera angles and the bad one (that I described above).

The best examples of this problem are at time markers:
1:33
2:05
3:36
3:52

You're looking for a motion-blur-deblurrer?
No, this doesn't exist.

I have to agree with what Karsten said. There's an enormous difference between 24 frames per second and 60. I'm sure you already know this stuff... but it helps to think of a video frame has having a duration, that is, it's a "slice of time." So, with any moving subject, more movement (and motion blur) will be recorded by the camera in 1/24th of a second, than at the much faster 1/60th. (This is actually a gross over-simplification, because of course shutter speed/angle has a huge effect on this.)

For your project, IMO the 24fps shots are only appearing blurry and in "slo-mo" because we're seeing them next to the super crisp 60p footage. This probably isn't what you want to hear, but it seems like the solution is to edit in a 24p timeline, and actually ADD motion blur to the 60p shots. Then at least everything would match up better.

I'm sure there are others here who know much more about this than I do, and may have a better fix for you. Good luck.

It doesn't look like a frame rate problem to be, but a shutter speed problem. It looks like you're dragging the shutter. What was the shutter speed?

Unfortunately, there's no fix for you. It is what it is now, blur and all.
