Is there s way of removing banding from internal LED lights? I've got some evening event footage but I took the footage using the 180o setup on my camera, but it's not good..

I've tried copying and pasting 4 times, reducing the opacity to 25% each and moving each footage 1 frame forward.. It's ok, but wondered if there is a better method or plugin ?
