FCP FAM! Question. Is anyone using one of the new Nvidia, or 3rd party, GTX 1060 GPU with 8GB VRAM DDR5? Anyone using the new AMD Radeon RX 48 GPU equivalent? I have a mid-2010 mac pro and a mid-2009 mac pro. I.m running dual GPU's in both; Sapphire Radeon 7970. However, 8GB of VRAM and DDR5 should allow Motion, FCPX, and my adobe suite with the 64GB of RAM, to blaze like crazy. And just image when I go all internal SSD! So, with that in mind, is anyone using any one of these cards in your silver mac pro 2008-2012 towers? I see that the power connections are the same so no issue there. Would love some feedback.

One last question. For a Mac running FCPX. Can FCPX & Motion take advantage of dual graphics cards without SLI/Crossfire? Thanks!
