Optical flow transcoding question

Hello, I have searched for this subjet with no luck:

When I am using "optical flow" mode, should I wait for 'Transcoding and Analysis' background tasks, before I share (render) my work?

In other worlds: will I loss quality on my renders if Optical flow analysis hasn't completed first?

Yes, the analysis needs to be completed.

for some reason i thought that analysis was only intended for "easing" media management on editing, while on-the-fly transcoding was automatically called on sharing operations... So I'll wait then. Thanks Tom

ps. Optical flow folder is now huge!! Maybe i need a bigger hard drive...
