Crops within a long clip

I usually take videos of stage performances and would like to zoom in and out to feature performer(s) in different parts of the stage as the performance progresses.

Any help on how to do this woule be greatly appreciated!

several options ...

• use the Blade tool to separate a segment and apply Ken Burns ...
• set keyframes in the Inspector, scale&position - most control, allows jump-cuts, pans, zooms ...
• although just one record, one camera, use Multicam, as I describe here:

(adds some fun: like in a TVtruck, you switch btw. 'cameras' live, ".... and #2 ..." )
