Plug ins - Pro Pan

I am having problems being consistent with ProPan by Pixelfilmstudios. About a half hour ago, I didn't have problems selecting
the part of the image I wanted to surround with the dots using the arrow pointer! Now when I use the arrow to surround a part of the image, I am way off the area I want to surround. The dots are not nearly where they should be no matter what I do.

Any tips would greatly be appreciated ! Thanks
