Tips to prevent choppy movements... was created by Da_Arsun707
My whole music video is choppy. I can't properly sync my lips up with the music because its so choppy. Any tips that can't stop this choppiness? I already disabled the effects I had on each clip. Thank you

Hey Drew,
It would help a lot if you could give us some more details.
What computer are you using? What version of OS and FCP X?
What is the format of this music video?
What do you mean by choppy? Do you mean that playback stutters in the timeline viewer? Do you see the playhead struggle when it runs? Do you have Background rendering turned on? Do you have any unrendered parts on your timeline? Have you tried setting your Viewer to "Better performance"?
All these things can help us better understand what is happening, so we can try to find a solution.
It's midnight here so I'm off to bed, but I'm sure that, if you give some more information, someone will chime in to assist you.
