Inside Campervan with fixed gopro. family shot, but change seating positions!

hello all!
This my first post!

Been dabbling in FCP for about a year now, and know my way around a wee bit now.

So the family and i have just bought our first campervan, and i've upgraded to a gopro.

And the shot, or small film I'm hoping to produce is from a fixed gopro on the front windscreen filming me driving a moving camper(with family), then switch to my 2 year old driving(with family) then my 4 year old driving(with family), then my wife!(with family)

How can i do this?

sorry, for missing completely your 'problem'… 

or, is your mission to film a 2y old, driving a car?
aside a very talented kid and a closed road, only option comes to mind is green-screen: get a green blanket at the pennystore, tape it to your garage, park moho 2-3m away, find a cam position, green covers most of the window behind driver, act driving, record some 'moving landscape', staple together in FCPX
