Pixel Films Audio Visualizer

Hey! Listen, I'm not new to FCPX at all, but I am new to Pixel Film's Audio Visualizer. What happens is that I usually have the project as 24FPS as it is easier. But this week i felt that i want to have a 60FPS video with the Visualizer. Now i set everything to 60fps, and what happens next is weird. The Visualizer now only "Visualizes" up to at least a minute and a half before it stops, but it doesnt just chop off and stop suddenly, no, it stops while the Visualizer slowly closes down each and every frequency of the song like the song is fading out, which it's not and keeps going. I've used all the Vizualizer options and looks and nothing works still, and only works if the project is ONLY 24FPS, doesnt work at 30,40,48,50,59.94, and 60. I already emailed the Devs, and still no response from a month already. Any help? Also, i have a video on dropbox if anyone needs more clarification.

We have some reports from PixelFilm customers about non-responsiveness etc...
In your screen grab, under Published Parameters, you have selected 30fps. If your project is 60 , shouldn't it be set to an according number?

No no, This project isnt 60fps its 30fps, thats why its set to 30 in the parameters. Ive also noticed yesterday that i made it a 60fps project, with a clean new install of the plugin, and the song AV (Audio Vis) went all the way through, like it played and showed the whole song in 60fps, but when i exported it out as a master file, it faded out at the three minute mark, but FCPX showed it as it played/showed it all the way through

This isn't what you're looking to hear, but CoreMelt has some free plugins for Motion 5 that can achieve a similar effect, that you could try out if you have Motion.

weird ...
But, sorry to say, only PixelFilms can answer...
Plan B )
split the clip you apply that effect into 3min chunks (Blade tool) ... maybe that effect isn't made for longer sources

Just to chime in here: I've never gotten an email response back from Pixel Film Studios either on any inquiry I've sent them. Not bashing them particularly - there's enough of that around - however I have gotten responses from their online chat support. There is an icon on their revamped website to access the live chat support - bottom right corner of the landing page I think. They only respond during their business hours though - west coast time I think.

Well the song is only 3 minutes long, and i tried cutting the song in peices and making it 60fps from there, it seems that 60fps doesn't work all the way through even with a 15 second sound
