Hello,
So I am planning to name video with interesting titles and have a collection of nice png files which I can put couple name or a title, but how do make a png file animate in FCPx.

you can animate anything basically by keyframing any transformation or masks.-
but your examples are far beyond that, that 'growing lines' ask for Motion5.
or, one of the zillion of 'wedding title templates' you get at the usual suspects ......... I vaguely believe, I've seen an ad on fcp.co frontpage lately (???)

I've got a simpler method for you.
1. Use an animated matte or wipe to bring the vector shape in.
2. Fade in the titles
If you use a barn door wipe, it should look like the vector shape is growing outwards from the center. The samples you showed just show some basic wipes on the layers.
You can also break up the vector into 2 or more layers and wipe each on, slightly offset in time. It will give it more complexity and make it more interesting.
