I am a newbie and needs to learn a lot in FCPx and now in trail error mode, hence asking is their a way where I can get my hands on some free FCPx plugins or some links to company that provide them

not meant offensive, but that is no good plan. FCPX in its complexity and uniqueness should be learned from the ground and from professional sources.
search for izzy, rippletraining (aside commercial tutorials THE source for free tuts on YT)

forget plugins, get comfortable with the zillions of features, FCPX has out-of-the-box.
