Crashing after proxy editing workflow

After reading this post: Building a web proxy workflow with Final Cut Pro X I decided to run a similar process on my proxy folder. Instead of a editing the resolution I ran a temp color correction on my proxies, applying a LUT and some additional color work to all my S-Log footage. That worked well, got everything back in their original folders, same exact file names and folder structure.

When I relaunch FCPX with the new proxies in place, the app launches fine, loads my library fine and all seems well. Until.... I switch the view from Optimized/Original to Proxy. When I do this, it starts loading in the new proxies, I see a few of them show up and after 2 or 3 minutes FCP crashes with this message:

I know having media settings that didn't match the original will cause problems like this. So below I've got all the settings for the original proxies, on the left and my generated files on the right. Can anybody see anything that might be causing the crash? Is there any other way I can troubleshoot this issue?

Just an update here: I've reverted back to the original proxy files and the crashing issue is gone. So I can confirm that it's something to do with the proxies I generated that's causing the problem.
