I edited a project that had a few scenes with retiming in them. Everything was fine. I then exported and that was fine as well. But later I went back to make some revisions. I had gone into the menu and "Deleted Generated Files" from the event to save space. This got rid of any render files and optimized ProRes files. Well come to find out, doing this added a single new frame to all of the scenes that were retimed. It didn't effect the duration, it just retimed differently (optical flow and frame blending were NOT selected).

So bottom line: If you remove generated files, check any clips that you have retimed to make sure they end on the frame you want them to end on before going to the next clip.

FYI: My sequence was 1080p, 23.976fps as was the source material.

Just tested this on 4 project timelines, in 4 different Libraries. Everything seemed fine. I wonder if you have any 3rd party plugins used in that project that may have effected things? I've never heard of that, very odd. Something I'd be interested in finding the culprit for, though.

The original file was an MP4 and I edited with the optimized Pro-Res version. I am in error that it only happens to the retimed clips though. It seems to be happening to quite a few different ones. My only thought is that there must be some errors with the MP4 that ProRes fixed. Just for fun I regenerated the optimized files and the issue went away.
