Sharing a First Cut

I just finished a first cut of a documentary I have been working on and want to share it online with some of the team and other people for feedback.
Right now the draft comes out to 40m, and 4.7gb when I export in 1080p. A 4k export comes out at 18gb.
What site/method is best recommended to share the video with others privately?
Right now I only know of a Vimeo Plus account as one good option for me, but just uploading the 1080p version will take my whole weeks 5gb limit. Are there any other options out there?

You can probably export at 720p and maybe tweak the settings in Compressor to get a smaller file and that should be more than adequate for your team to assess.
You could upload it as unlisted to youtube (which means only people with the appropriate link can view the file), or upload it to your account in dropbox or similar service and share the link with your team.

Hi Steve
There is also "Mail Drop" which allows you to send up to 5GB via iCloud. It's free and private.
Here's Apple info…

Hope this helps, Greg

Frame io is amazing if you're trying to get detailed feedback. When you share a video, it allows the client to watch and there is a text box below the player where they can make a comment and it will be posted and linked to the time they commented in the video.
It's really a game changer. Check it out. frame.io/fcpx

Checked it out... Read all the FAQs etc... One thing that's not clear. What is a "project"? One video? Or can a project be any number of videos? I'm working on a TV/YouTube show thing and it's one project but contains about 10 segments that are their own videos... Would that still be one project on Frame.io?

Been trying out Frame.io a bit now. And so far I'm impressed! Very seamless integration with FCPX.
(and to answer my own question, yes, you can have many videos in one project, which now seems obvious)
