Optical Flow Option Not Working was created by jwrevelation

When I tried to follow a tutorial on time altering, I needed to use the magic wand and go to "Optical Flow" under the "Video Quality" tab...but all of the options were gray and not selectable.

How do I enable these options?

Be sure you click on the clip to select it. Second, you have to apply some sort of speed change. Then it will enable.

BTW, speed retiming are not the "magic wand", that's color controls.
