How would guys deal with multi angel shots?

I have documentary that involves minimum 2 cameras and max 4 cameras per shot, on top of that at least three miss.
How would you guys handle the clips. Sync Audio with only Camera A or would you sync all angles with audio?

Sam Mestman has some good video and written outlines for working with multicam that are easily searchable.

Basically, most people do some form of these steps...

1. Edit the camera angle name of all the clips and add scene (in this case, scene could be IN01 for interview 1). There's some methodology there for what multicam expects and what you can do with batch renaming.

2. Batch rename clips (especially audio sources so the multicam clip you make has audio under the video).

3. Patch all the audio appropriately (labeling mics, etc).

4. Make multicam clips

5. Reject the media used in the multicam clips and setup a smart keyword collection that shows multicam clips to get to them easily.

Some people may do some different things here or there, but this is the gist of it. Also, people tend to use a Multicam clip even if it's a single angle and you're just syncing video with sound recorded separately. It just gives you more options to work with the synced media later.

Is there away to pass the info from the Notes that are assigned to a clip over to the Sync Clipped?

If you're in list view with the notes column visible in the browser, you can copy/paste. Or copy paste in the inspector. Notes don't carry over.

TIP: If you renamed your video and audio clips with IN01 at the start, name your multicam clip IN01-Synced or something so it will fall next to the others in the sorting.
